Acquired in November 2019, Southbridge Crossing is a meticulously maintained 54,364 square foot neighborhood retail center. The asset which sites under 10 miles south of Indianapolis is located in a highly concentrated retail area in an otherwise amenity desert.  Brings great cash-flow with the tenants of NAPA Auto Parts, Ivy Tech College, and a couple others.


Acquired in September 2019, a two-story medical office building with 22,606 of total rentable square space located in Snellville, GA. The building's construction is concrete masonry with a brick veneer exterior. We bought this medical office with plenty of upside for our investors with immediate cash flow with upside for them in the future.

Ennis Warehouse

Acquired in February 2020, Ennis Warehouse located in Ennis, Texas, leased to Party Supplies Group, the party supplies industry leader. The subject of distribution property consists of approximately 62,500 square feet of space. Getting cash flow for our investors with rents at half of what the market is makes this investment a big upside for our investors and ourselves.

Syracuse Retail Center

Nestled in the city of Syracuse, UT. This retail center of 6,500 sq ft will serve as a couple restaurants to the community. Directly across the street from Syracuse High School, students will be a big target for these tenants. Syracuse High School is the 12th largest high school in the state of Utah and the most populated high school in Davis County.

Harrisville Industrial Park

This Harrisville Industrial park will be finished in mid to late 2022. It will have 75,000 sq ft of Flex Industrial space to serve for companies around the Weber County area of Utah.
