As the Director of Acquisitions, Mr. Zieglowsky's primary responsibilities includes asset and portfolio management, broker relations, investor and client relations, banking relations, economic and demographic trends, market analysis, due diligence oversight, financing oversight, acquisition and disposition strategies, transaction oversight and business development. Josh takes the "Who not How" approach which he learned from Dan Sullivan's book. He continues to find partners to close on Commercial Real Estate with and has other company ventures outside of real estate as well.
